 What are my payment options?

You can pay online using debit cards or credit cards . We process payments with paypal for added security.

We accept cheques and postal orders.

Customers outside the UK should send International Money Orders as we do not accept personal cheques from abroad.

All payments are to be made in Pound Sterling.

How much will post and packaging cost? 

UK post and packaging is charged at £0.25 per item for within UK.

Next Day delivery

This service is available for UK customers and will be charged at £5.00 in addition to the regular postage.  Please inform us by 10am if you require Next Day delivery service.

 European orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £6.00

International orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £9.50

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK customers

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and they arrive within 7 working days. Please allow extra time for cheques to clear.

Europe customers

Orders are sent by airmail so that they arrive within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

International customers

Orders arrive within 15 days of the date of purchase.

Customers are fully responsible for any additional custom, duty or brokerage costs which may be charged for the goods.  Ecorganic beads is not responsible for any of the above costs. If an order is refused the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

Returns policy

Please notify us within 7 days if any goods are found to be faulty. We will happily replace or fully fund.

If goods are returned for any other reason please ensure they are returned in their original package and condition.  A re-stocking fee £2 will apply.
